The world renowned Piper J-3 Cub is now electric-powered and available as a laser-cut balsa kit.

It has been reproduced at a 1/9.5 scale based on the wealth of information on the full-sized plane.

The Piper J-3 Cub is scaled down from the full-sized plane not only in the layout of the wing and stabilizer but also in fuselage cross section based on the rib arrangement and pipe frame.

A small model having a wingspan of 1100 mm, the scale appearance of this kit also rivals larger models. All parts having intricate shapes, such as dummy engine, cockpit and seat, are plastic molded and standard equipment. The lightweight design with slight modification enables positive and stable flying.
