BEGIN'ACRO is an excellent way to start aerobatics with a glider.

Build your model to know how it is done from the inside out and to understand how it works. You'll also have the satisfaction of a job well done with good results. Then you'll have a good glider to learn the finer details of piloting.

The BEGIN'ACRO is perfectly designed and machined to allow quick and easy assembly, without the risk of twisting the main parts if the procedures are followed. You can choose to build 2 different versions from the kit: pure sailplane or electric glider.

We implemented removable wing (2 parts) and horizontal stabilizer, so that the glider can easily fit into a backpack or into the trunk of a small car.

A standard size radio equipment (in the fuselage) is convenient for the glider version. For the electric version we rather recommend micro servos and a small receiver, but that is not mandatory. The method of construction will result in a light but sturdy airframe.

 

To fly the glider is very easy, the controls are consistent and she behaves well in stronger winds. The low weight allows for steep maneuvers, the low inertia and low wing loading makes the model forgiving and you are encouraged to try figures, which may seem daring with other lesser models. Try and try again, build your flying experience. This model will allow you to improve your piloting skills quickly and savely.

It is possible and advisable to add mix to the ailerons (flaperons, one micro servo per aileron) to use them as flaps and also, when deflected up a lot, to slow down the glider when landing.

You can use it on plain land. With the recommended electric power train, it is possible to climb up to 100m in about 10 seconds. The pure glider version can be launched easily by bungee or with a winch. With BEGIN'ACRO slope soaring is a treat, flying the model is fun, it's easy and you can express your creativity!
