Dive bomber!
The Dauntless is one of the planes back in the legend of the US Navy, for its operations on dive bombing the Japanese fleet in the Pacific.
VQ Model had a very faithful semi-scale featuring functional brake dive.
Canopy delivered "raw", to be cut by the modeller.
Two laser cut guns to be assembled by the modeller.
Pilot glued in place, gunner delivered unassembled.
Electric retract gear with oleo-legs (struts) is optional (#141ARE16).

Content of the set
- Fuselage: all built-up balsa and lite ply construction fuselage covered with printed PVC film with all scale details.
- PVC transparent canopy, arches already painted. To be cut and installed with the furnished screws.
- 2nd world war fighter pilots.
- All built-up balsa and fine ply construction wings, ready covered with printed PVC film with all scale details. Ailerons and flaps ready.
- Empennages all built-up balsa construction covered with printed PVC film with all scale details. Fiberglass tips.
- Plastic adjustable engine mount (IC) and wood (EP).
- Hardware package: tank, pre-bent steel wires fixed landing gear, wheels, tailwheel, dummy radial engine, control horns, controls linkages, various fairings, screws, cockpit set, guns, to be assembled, etc.
