ORDERS
Please, have ready the ordering codes of the items you required. Payment by credit card. Always complete all information required by the order form as requested to help us ensure that no errors are made with the delivery.
DELIVERIES
Wherever possible shipments are prepared the day of the order (if ordered before 12:00h UTC+1 Summer, UTC+2 Winter) and delivered to your address within 2 to 7 working days (and according to country zone). The invoice is always inside the parcel. Shipments are always registered and will require a signature upon receipt. If an item is not available, we do not manage the backorders, in this case, several possibilities:
Upon reception, any reserves that you may have as to damage to the packaging, should be marked on the delivery note at the time of reception. If this is not done, we are unable to claim against our insurance and you will not be compensated. All this is clearly marked on the delivery note and in case of parcel problem you must send us a copy of the delivery note showing the reserves in clear, signed by yourself AND the delivery man. Please forward to us a copy of the bill of delivery with the reserves in clear to be able to initiate the procedure.
PRICES
Our price list is in Euros and includes French sales tax (19,6%). The transport costs given in our catalogue are only indications based on the costs on October 2010 at the publication of the catalogue and they are subject to being reviewed at any time. You can consult our web site www.topmodel.fr to obtain the latest cost of products and shipping or contact us by telephone. In no way can TOPMODEL be considered responsible for errors made by our suppliers. Product improvement is one of our main concerns, and as such we reserve the right to modify without notice all information given in our catalogue #8. Are not able to supply articles that are no longer appearing in the current catalogue . All prices indicated in this catalogue cancel and replace those of our previous price lists. The items no more shown on this catalogue, are discontinued and do not form any more part of the program.
WARRANTY
Some items in our catalogue TOPMODEL #8 are covered by a warranty. This warranty only applies if the material has been used in a normal manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Material defective and under warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer's service centre along with a copy of the invoice and warranty card and as detailed a description as possible of the failure. We advise you to ship goods registered and you must support the cost.
MANUFACTURER'S SERVICE CENTRES
All service work will be charged if the problem is due to normal wear and tear, negligence or inadequate maintenance on the part of the owner or if the failure is due to other incidents that cannot be attributed to the manufacturer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement. You must contact TOPMODEL (by phone or by E-mail: eric@topmodel.fr) to obtain a RMA number (Return Material Authorisation). This number must then be clearly marked on the packaging next to the address on the outside of the packaging. Any packages arriving at TOPMODEL that do not have an RMA number will be systematically refused. All articles to be returned must be done so within 7 days of the date of receiving the parcel. They must be accompanied by a copy of the TOPMODEL invoice. In order for your account to be credited, the returned goods , as well as their packaging, must be in perfect original condition. We are unable to give credit for any goods that have been used, dirtied or transformed in any way. We reserve the right to deduct a 15% charge to cover the costs of checking and restocking the goods. The cost of shipping goods back to TOPMODEL are at the charge of the buyer. We regret that we are unable to accept under any circumstances the return of: batteries, cristals, as well as any products sold that have been cut to size for the order, such as covering tissues and film, hoses, fibre glass, cables etc. This also applies to special order articles that are not in our catalogue as well as spare parts. The assets, the no-claims bonus, are usable during one year; at the end of this period, your account will be given to 0.
WARNINGS
Any reproduction of this catalogue by any means whatsoever is forbidden. We decline all responsibility for errors and omissions in this catalogue due to printing errors. The art color schemes of the models could vary according to deliveries. PHOTOS NONCONTRACTUAL. The user's manuals and building manuals could be detailed or brief depending on manufacturers.
